Hik Vision NVR “Unsupported stream type” Solution on setting

Please can you help? When I go to the drop brown box for video encoding I only have the option H.265. This is for my new cameras. My existing older ones have the option H.264

my Problem its the cameras given good but power outage now no picture IP cameras hikvision

how do you bring that login for password up,i went to menu mine docent do that,,,ty
