My favorite part is learning about how to not pay your employees a livable wage while living in mansions and accepting so many students that you have to force them off campus after the first year, flooding the local housing market and driving rent up to unsustainable levels and doing nothing to create jobs to help the students or local community afford the increasing cost of living. But the trees are cool too I guess.
