Do you ever get rejections saying that it infringes trademark, but when checking TESS, there are no trademarks?
This has happened twice for me and I’m afraid of being banned. I’ve emailed Amazon asking why, but was hoping for your input.

I'm NOW searching for a possibility to build something stable for my family. I am willing to invest a lot of time and dedication, work hard and not give up to source financial income for my family. there are 7million and more possibilities in the internet. and I'm super super cautious, because there are so many promisses and big claims. I'm looking for a 100% safe way to make money asap. So that I have a proven system that works. I don't expect miracles over night, but I've tried many ways and nothing really cashed out. Great video, Hannah Dear question for you, If we use a phrase that does not have a trademark once we use it does it become a trademark? and if not and want to make a phrase a trade mark how do we do that and have you trademark any?

My question to you: if you have a company or recommend some one else , that would help beginners with Amazon application and all the regulations and rules,(monitoring) and you would charge fees for that, that’s way everything would go to Amazon would be more professional and mostly acceptable to them, please let me know.

I was tasked with creating t-shirts/sweatshirts for my specific dept. About 60-75 pcs. When I create the design, where is the best place to have them make it.

So i do need a business register for me to sign in??

What happen if we use some phrase which status is Dead in TESS, but after we upload such design with that phrase and that phrase is reopen. Do we have to pull back our product with that phrase?

Hello, I just ran across your channel, as I hope to sell my homemade jewelry on Amazon Homemade. I've watch hours of videos over the weekend, trying to find out certain information. For some reason I can't get a response about my questions. Before starting the application process I need to know what I need to have or do first. I don't want to be half way through the process, only to have to stop and do whatever is needed. Can you help me? I need to know if I have to have a business license, do I need need a tax number, is there any thing else I need before selling on Amazon Homemade? Great info! I was accepted, but I am unsure how to get started. Am I simply uploading PNGs of my shirt ideas? Also, where it asks if this is a product that is already selling on Amazon, what do I put? Amazon does sell shirts, but not with my designs, so I am unsure what to put at this point. There are so many steps. I have been looking for a step-by-step of how to upload. Am I making myself overwhelmed unnecessarily? Thank you!

Great video thanks! I'm selling t-shirts on "teesprig" with custom domain, well I didn't sold any tshirt.
But on Amazon Kindle I sell books quite good, I guess Amazon is a big market and they have a lot of clients and know promote better. I'm from Portugal, can I join Amazon merchant account? I guess, I produce my own designs, I can upload and sell tshirts only to U.S 8maybe it's easier). But I think Amazon charges a monthly fee of $39, right? Will I guet a custom URL, or my shop will be a long link Amazon/shop/username etc?
