thanks.
ОтветитьI take it you can also mix these together in some way. Since this can be used for some good CC, possibly with action in it too. Like a glowy affect, could you possibly change colour of the glow/highlights?
ОтветитьAwesome thanks!
ОтветитьAwesome thanks
ОтветитьHello, it's a pleasure to greet you and I wanted to tell you that I have that filter that you recommend, but what I want to ask you is if I can still do the effect that you recommend in your video or I don't need it, I say this because I would like to give it that touch vintage, with fog to the videos but I don't know how to do it, on top of that now I'm with Da
ОтветитьHaving a major issue here. As soon as I try to change the composite mode Davinci freezes and I have no option but to "force to quit" the software... I have a MacMini m1 2020 tho...
ОтветитьYessssss
ОтветитьThanks for the video! Everything works!
Ответитьспасибо огромное. по английски не понимаю но даже мне понятна. спасибо. 👍👍👍
ОтветитьYou're a GENIUS! This tutorial is amazing!
Ответитьbad ass video, Jamie. Thanks, so much!
Question: would it be okay to do this on a Adjustment Clip to just drag where ever?
Ey dude. Awesome video! I want to know why do you say in the second technique we can control the effect more than in the first one. Because we can adjust the curve in the first one as well isn´t? Thank you very much!
ОтветитьNice! Just saved me a minimum of £100 and I really like the idea of non baked! Liked n sub’d!
ОтветитьThis is awesome man! Question about the last technique, does this also add any kind of digital softening or would you add some negative MD detail or Beauty OFX on top of the Glow OFX to bring the sharpening down?
ОтветитьYou a legend my dude . Thanks for the vid sensei
ОтветитьGood because non destructive, bad because it looks nothing like real bloom etc.
ОтветитьHow to remember your dream in 8 minutes. Thanks Jamie! Instant Subscribe
ОтветитьI actually combined two of these techniques with a parallel node and had a lot of control over the final image. I also used 'key' tab and dropped the gain to mix the opacity of the final effect. Thx!
ОтветитьThank you so much for these explanations! <3
Ответить❤️ It. Thank you Jamie.
ОтветитьLiterally never even used Davinci Resolve and this video somehow made sense.
ОтветитьWas about to spend 190euro on a black pro mist filter with this I can have them all. Thanks man
ОтветитьHello Jamie, do you think it is better to have the clip "clean" and reproduce the effect in post or to use a filter like Teffen ProMist in shooting is more effective? In other words, does your technique serve to remedy the missing filter on some scenes, or can it permanently replace the filter on the lens? Thank you
Ответитьyou're freakin awesome dude
ОтветитьI was about to buy a knock-off mist filter from AliExpress at $50 but this is even better! One key point is that I would use this effect at night or sunset and adding a filter would just increase ISO or degrade AF. So adding this in post is technically better, not mentioning that you can decide on a large screen the amount of effect you need.
ОтветитьWich one are the advantages of having this filter with VND Mist Edition instead of VND Signature Edition + Black pro mist. Isn't better to have both separatly and use it when you want? Thanks
ОтветитьI feel like I should just send you the money I would've spent on buying the filter. : )
ОтветитьGap yoq
ОтветитьZor
ОтветитьI have seen some DIY promist filters that a guy just took a clear lens filter and sprayed some black matte spray paint into the air and quickly swung the filter into the spray mist. Let it dry and then put on the camera - side by side with the Promist and it was pretty much idenitcal. Apparently the guy bought the U/V filter for 6 dollars at a thrift store.
ОтветитьVery cool. I wish you would have shot something with the filter and then without. Then recreate the look in post and compare them.
ОтветитьLike is aromatic
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьBest tutorial! Thanks!
ОтветитьEvery helpful.
ОтветитьAmazing video. Method 3 is amazingly creative, I found myself play with the blend value too, it allows even more control if you want to keep more of the original image!
Ответить👍👍👍👍👍👍✌👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️👍👍👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьThis is a great way to have control over the look in post. I just discovered I can apply it to an adjustment clip as well to affect shots that are similar.
ОтветитьThis is very cool!! The absolute next best thing! Thanks!😊
ОтветитьPeter Mckinnon would not like this video.... lol
Ответитьthank you.
ОтветитьReally cool man! I'm currently experimenting with UV-filters and hairspray (the DIY version of the mist filters if you don't want to pay 100+ Dollars for it), which gives you ok results, but doing it all in Davinci seems even better as the effect is not "baked into the footage", as you're saying. Good stuff as always Jamie!
ОтветитьYou saved me a couple of hundred bucks for not buying the filter lol
ОтветитьPm filter is actually dog shit
ОтветитьWow, great techniques, thanks for posting!
