Do we have to stop while switching from left to right or vice versa..like is it mandatory?and also the ratio 1:2 is it also crucial?

I can’t exhale for a longer time from left nostril. Right nostril exhalation is pretty longer. Inhalation from both nostril is equal… pl advise

Thank you for the Video sir/madam. I have a doubt which is confusing me a lot. Could you please suggest me. My question is while performing Pranayama it is said that our stomach should rise up while inhaling and stomach should go down while exhaling. But in my case it is happening vice versa that is my stomach is going down while inhaling and my stomach is rising up while exhaling. Why its happening with me? Is it okay to continue breathing in the wrong manner and perform pranayama? Please suggest me as I am not able to perform any pranayama if I follow the correct breathing pattern. Please anyone here please help me out.....

Satnam, thank you for your sweetness. I have been doing alternate nostril breathing for years, not as consistently as I'd like. I change up my Sadhana from time to time. I have added you . Please make an extended guided, non teaching video of this practice with some good mantra in the silence.

Any one of the nostrils is permanently blocked very difficult for me to do pranayama.

Hi Rashmi, i want to ask when is the right time to do breathing exercises, can it be done after the work out too.. i realised i when i did before the workout i couldnot sit for long time but after my 50 min of cardio and balancing yoga my back was fine to sit for longer.. pls advice. Thanks!!
