Wish I could unsee it

A genuinely terrible film. I understand it’s original and unique but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s good. It’s an absolute mess from start to finish and anyone who tries to say otherwise is lying. The Oscars just gone is proof that these things are rigged because this movie was no where near the standard of its contenders in terms of story telling, pacing, acting and picture. It was one of the worst films I have ever seen and the only way I could describe is that it’s a cringe fest from start to finish (80 minutes as that’s all I could bare to watch).

I couldn't watch more than 11 minutes of this movie. Absolutely ridiculous. And watching this trailer has convinced me that my choice was correct: it's an Asian "Matrix" ... a plagiarized "Cloud Atlas" ... a recombinant rehash of 22 of the worst sci-fi flicks from the 1920s onward. Ugh! Time for me to go read a good book. Something with substance. And, Oh! BTW ... there is no meta-verse, we aren't all connected, and the world cannot be saved.

I think this was one of the worst movies I ever seen equivalent to Sharknado. It seems the writers and producers were trying too hard to make a movie about gibberish. Like Sharknado, I turned it off about a 1/4 of the way after starting.
