I'm a heavyweight player but Mario and Captain Falcon are my favorite characters to watch in tournament play. So damn explosive.

Watching players dissect each other is always a treat. Cpt falcon isn't the flashiest but fatality makes you think otherwise. This matchup is in sephiroths favor no doubt. We've seen it enough times though where pros will win in bad matchups on a regular. Gg to both players.

This video is playing at, like, 1.25x speed. I'm sure of it. Immediately, I noticed Sephiroth seemed to be moving too fast. Then I looked at the timer, and those aren't full seconds counting down. Why would they do that?

I guess this means Captain falcon would've killed Sephiroth in the trailer

This guy Ned doesn’t even use Sep to his full potential like you know how many times a counter could have been used or even neutral b lol it’s like players either forget it’s there or just afraid to use it thinking they’ll be punished for it

Obviously he lost but am I the only one who thinks Ned has a better Seph than Tweek? Tweek always seems to go for his sort of safe preset attacks/ combos while Ned is more adaptive and unpredictable. Great set regardless.

Ned hasn't used Scintilla at all this entire set and should've used it against the Falcon Back-Air that killed him

it seems that he does not use Captain Falcon's powers except only to return back to the stage. UP + B is an excellent combo when doing 2 up kicks in the air. when falling from the air at a 45 degree angle is an excellent time for DOWN + B. when spaced apart horizontally is a great time to use LEFT/RIGHT + B to close the distance.

Pros dont use gigaflare at edge enough

I noticed that Ned stopped using his side b altogether after the first or second game (I'd have to rewatch to confirm) which is a huge mixup opportunity he missed out on.

Thank god they flash the preferred pronoun every 4 seconds. Sometimes it can only take a few seconds to forget someones gender identity, and of course that would be catastrophic in a gaming tournament.

Breaks my heart to see Sephiroth miss so many edge guards.
