ОтветитьStarting small is a big thing that I could have taken advice on many years ago. When you do it gently it sort of coaxes itself into position over the days that you stretch. Every time that I've put myself through rigorous stretching without something small for a few days it just makes my back tighter which makes it worse and then I can't tell what exercises are helping or hurting. Turns out, for me that the lunging motion helps the most because my hip flexors being tight and weak.
Took years of experimenting to kind-of figure it out. I should have just known! (from the basic fact that we sit more than we ever have in history).
I did the third stretch 2 times for 10 seconds. I feel great. Thanks.

ОтветитьThank you, this was very helpful, i was having this nagging tightness/pain in my lower back to the right. And sure these exercises targeted the spots i needed. I feel bit better already
