How To Render With H.264 In After Effects CC

I don't want to use Adobe Media Encoder. Do youu have another option? (obviously, same quality and low size_)

I only see these options involving Media Encoder. No one covers on manually installing plug ins for after effects 😭

I have a problem, because i need h264 with the termination .MOV not mp4, because some channels in my country need that codec. Someone can help me?

Mate.... this is not what i was looking for, media encoder is full of bugs and slower than a constipated tortoise... i want to render H.264 straight from AE, not launching another software...

but when we add comp into media encoder some plugins doenst work there, like trapcode that i have problem with that...and after effect can render with huge file size... thats where im stuck in...

Is there any reason in particular why the H.264 option isn't available in After Effects? I don't mind doing the extra step, but it seems like Adobe could solve this easily by just adding the option in After Effects instead of only in Media Encoder/Premiere Pro.
