Kea Lani Sunset Maui

This is the sunset ritual at the Kea Lani Hotel in Maui. This guy would run around, light all the lamps around the courtyard, then wrap it all up with this exciting bit of "music". Anyone know what this is called? The concierge gave us the name of the ritual, but I dont remember what it was....
