Happy thanksgiving thank you for your training
ОтветитьIdentifix username and password….Midas2319 lake1313b
ОтветитьCan you recommend what service is best for finding location of the BCM or immobilizes box?
ОтветитьHas anyone else struggled to become a member of NASTF?
ОтветитьA lot of great info. Was working on a F650 wiring issue for no start / no crank at times when hot. Just to find out the selling dealer put an anti theft system in it that the module was fried in
Ответитьsigh as usual, paywall. But then, this is true OEM stuff, and after watching several of you guys' channels for 10 months, OEM is required for anything VAGELY modern. Hilariously, I'd also need this sort of thing for small engine equipment (a lawnmower with a Parasitic draw? or a locked up Starter?!) I miss things like Haynes manuals, of which I have a sizable collection thanks to years of vehicles that had heavy use.
ОтветитьThanks for the tip. I always wanted to know how to get this information. It’s worth the money.
ОтветитьPetition for one of these programs to make an app so we can download it on our iPhones/androids 🙌😌
ОтветитьHey sma what happened to Mitchell it's like they screwed up their website is there one that's better for replacing a/c parts?
ОтветитьCan you print stuff during the time window they give you?
ОтветитьI subscribed to both All Data and MItchel1 for my Audi's. (2005-2008) A6 All sales hype. Once I logged in, they had literally next to nothing for my vehicles. Total come-on, at least for me. Likely different for big 3. I eneded up buying Bentley CD's which only work under XP. They gave me limited access to Bentley Online for like a year. Bentley Online was terrible compared to other grey areas of online manuals. (at least for Audi)
ОтветитьThat's what I did I got the job down myself in waiting to get it done by a mechanic, thank you very much for the informations.
ОтветитьA shop I worked at in 2000 had alldata on like 20 cds.
ОтветитьMan, you rock.
ОтветитьI took your advice and bought a bi directional scanner. I bought a car at the dealer that was butchered by previous mistakes. I got my butt kicked toward the end by intermittent failing spark plug wires. The misfire counter led me right to the issue. I used all data for free at my library. We get the first 100 pages for free. Every time we go there. The pin out charts let me check the o2 heater circuit resistance on the existing o2 sensors at 6k. The cheap ebay o2 sensor checked at 10k. Giving me a p059 code.
Your comedic approach in a no nonsese attitude, makes your videos thoroughly enjoyable. Now all my friends know what an ugga dugga is. Thank you!
...THANKS, FOR CONFIRMING THAT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT "MONEY"!!! GREEDY FUCKS WANT TO "RENT" EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY VITAL INFOR,ATION!!.. YOU USED TO BE ABLE TO BUY A NICE , PRINTED "REPAIR MANUAL", FOR JUST ABOUT ANY VEHICLE,... NOW, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE, BECAUSE OF THE GREEDY BASTARDS, EVERYWHERE!!!
ОтветитьAdmittedly I'm overdue for a renu, but pretty happy with Mitchell diy...need to add a vehicle or two
ОтветитьJust want to say thank you you Rock!!!
ОтветитьSo... in ac Delco when you pay the $20 for the information .. is it just let you select 1 vehicle.. or if you had 10 or 15 vehicles you typically work on... can you get all the information for those and download the information to keep on all of them or just 1??? And can you download like pdf or so and have forever or is it just kind of locked to they're website or something???
Ответитьthis post is still gold
ОтветитьGreat video. It helped me to understand how to get the schematics. This XC90 has a bad draw and I'm going to spend the money on the right diagnostics with the diagrams. :) Thanks for your time and effort.
ОтветитьWhich payment methods does Identifix accept?
ОтветитьGood video.
Happy Motoring.
Hi Eric, thanks for the info, it DOES make sense to go get a subscription. I've been googleing wiring diagrams for a long time and sometimes I spend hours looking for a diagram that I can't find. Now that I know what's available it makes a lot of sense to just get a subscription and maybe save it on the computer. Thanks again and as always, great videos
ОтветитьThis was great. Thanks.
ОтветитьGreat video. Having the same problem now. Thank you bro.👊👊👍
Ответитьthe mitchell diy link is no longer working??
ОтветитьI’m old and slow. So I’m just catching up to all your videos. Excellent stuff. Knowledge is power. Thank you for sharing your hard earned knowledge.
ОтветитьDo you know anything about Emanual Online? Mentions it's a download from factory technicians repairs and much more. Would like your opinion . I will check your choices you've shared. Much appreciated and great video. Very informative. I struggled looking for diagrams and stuff and never knew where to find them or buy them. Finally stumbled on your video and another hence I mentioned that in the beginning. Thanks mate !
ОтветитьAnyone watching this now in 2023, alldatadiy is excellent, it's all the OEM service stuff and is very easy to navigate...the pricing has changed. It's now 19.99 a month.
ОтветитьJust found this vid looks like 2 years after the fact. Love watching your other videos and they have been extremely helpful.
ОтветитьGreat information.
Mahalo!
Wow! This is great info, thanks very much sir.
ОтветитьIm commenting before the video plays thru, but doesn't AutoZone offer a paid version to wiring diagrams?
Been many years since I've looked.
Thanks!
ОтветитьThanks Eric, good info !!!
ОтветитьThanks Mr Eric for me you are great my father was mecanic i always watch now im doing for my self Thanks
ОтветитьI never know if I should bother leaving comments on older videos, but what the heck. Really valuable information!
ОтветитьYou are the man!

ОтветитьHi Eric, I have a 2008 Chevy Cobalt LS 4-door 2.2l with only 145,000 miles. I know a lot of people think that is old for a car, but the car is in really good shape for its age all the way around. Believe me when I say that I looked for all the info on this car and it is all junk. For one, the car fuel filter is in the fuel tank of all places and would like to install it outside like every other car. I like this car and it has become my hobby to rebuild the car being a retired engineer and a jack of all trades. I know it is a lot to ask, just point me in the right direction and I can go from there. Thank you
ОтветитьThanks Eric...all good info. I saved a link to this video for future reference.
ОтветитьI've been wondering since I started looking at your videos where you got your info from. Now I know! Absolutely fantastic of you to share this info. Whatta guy!! Most appreciated!!!
ОтветитьIs this info the same or worse or better than a Chilton or Haynes manual?
ОтветитьGreat info Eric! Thanks!
ОтветитьThanks a lot you can just get what you need one section and I did that for my crown Vic that P 71 2010 for the interior lighting for that overhead light which they read your ticket and then your swap it and you put the map reading lights and when I got it the overhead light didn’t work I change the fuses still not working and talking about a relay for that that one module send offender and now kick panel controls everything I don’t know if that’s bad but everything else works thanks again for your help
ОтветитьThanks for the info Eric!
