There are many #Cryptocurrency exchanges out there. So, when one provides good a good customer experience it should be commended.

By the same toke, when one provides less than good customer service, it should be told to other potential customers.

Unfortunately, after recent less than favorable experiences with the YoBit #CryptocurrencyExchange we felt it necessary to share this experience and hopefully help other current and future customers of this exchange from having a similar experience.
