I just used tallow that had some specks on it on the sides (which I scooped off) because this channel told me unless there is a lot of mold, it's unlikely to be harmfull (Tbf it was wagyu tallow). Even though every other source told me about mycotoxins that will remain and I should jot take any risks 😂. Talk about confirmation bias.

Yeah we dont want all mold to die because they are (to us as complex as we are) fundamental organisms that we need to have exposure to for strengthening immune health, imagine a world of absolutely NO microorganisms, just gargantuan lumbering beings with the most tender supple and squishy cell membranes, and a meteor or something brings the very first microbe (fantasy) the ENTIRE surface of the world would effectively be cleansed by the microorganism because it will invade absolutely everything because it can, because nothing has any form of protection barrier against it (ofc depends on what kind of microbe we’re talking about but I’m generalizing) the point is they are microscopic, so as large or just slightly larger than complex molecules, about the same size as our cells. I think what we can do for our immunity as a species is make sure every single region of us has been exposed to all of the same molds, almost all of them in safe numbers (respective to each mold) so we all have the same universal resistance encoded for future generations (pipe dream)

i lived in a rental house for about 3 years and had a chronic dry cough that wouldnt go away. went to the doctor and got tested for everything and they couldnt figure it out. moved out of the house and the cough stopped. I remember seeing a little bit of black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling near the shower but never thought much about it because it didnt really get any bigger. only after watching this video now i realize my cough was probably because of that mold

I always wondered how mold grows on my food. Like where did it come from? How did it get on my food in the first place?
Turns out we are constantly surrounded by it, breathing it in and whatnot. I am not sure I am happy to finally have my question answered...

It's not "that" hard to kill, it is just absolutly everywhere so you need to be proactive not reactive.

Had a bottle of ink that molded because they hadent added a antifungal in it at production, added a few nanoliter of a potent antifungal and that was that, no more moldey ink

They have been on earth much longer than humans. So they know better how to survive.

people are so sure of this statemente "just cutt off the green part and you can eat the rest" that if someone try to explain to them that this is not the case they think he's an idiot. They treat him like a moroon who thinks yhe knows everything but actually know nothing.
Tried to explain it to my familty a million times and tha's always their reaction. So I con't say anything: I just throw away the food
