I think that was one of the best advices I'd ever received. Alternatively sadly, if you can't find those people, it's better to be alone than in the company of those who was to take a jab at you whenever possible because they have issues with themselves.

I will remember this video for the rest of my life. because the later i was rejected when propose the final project topic to finish my college. But now I can take a lesson within, I will not give up! and it feels like I am given a more confident feeling to do it other way, wish me luck!

I hope someone will answer this. I am a bit confuse. Is this self doubt + failure?

I didn't work in the field related to my study. Because the nature of work is different from my personality. It needs me to be outspoken, bold, extroverted and move around.

Whereas I am an introvert & prefer to work with documents. So, I am working in a field which is totally different from my study. And I am happy with current job. Suits my personality.

I never gave myself chance to try the job related to my study. I don't know if I can do it or not. But from what I see, the job nature is just not me..am I doubting myself? Is this consider as failure as I never try?

I wished I watched this sooner before but then I realized that if I didn't experience self-doubt before I wouldn't have gone through this video. Thanks for giving us this talk, now I can see my past as a lesson and not a failures I made of my younger self.

I'm not sure about the first one. I think that would only work if the person had a "cheerleader" mentality or someone who could offer mentorship from a position of actually achieving the goal that you're aiming for. In the past, when I've disclosed my self-doubt (in the hope of receiving some encouragement or allaying my fears), the self-doubt has been magnified by the person I confided in and reflected back at me, never mind that I went on to actually complete the thing I was worried about. And this pattern repeats, even though they've seen that I can achieve the things I set my mind to, they still continue to magnify my own self-doubt every time I'm facing a new challenge. So what do you do when you don't have any "cheerleaders" in your life?

Even though the pilot career did not work out, I still learnt how to fly because I found my true calling 👏❤️

There is many war tekes place in my mind...but one way only that how can I escape by self dout ... it's powerful thing or path...

as much as i like to talk about my struggle, its still hard to find people who understand how it feels,

I found him incredible, and he gave us a lot of proof that self-doubt is a good way, and if we understand how we can controll it ,we win the war

One of the best ted talks. Self doubt really killing yourself and made you missed opportunities. But it's never too late to change yourself and build self-trust within yourself. You just have to reflect and move forward..

That part about only having one chance for the pilot exam and 95% of people failing it just doesn’t sound true. In the US you take several check rides and written tests before you even get your commercial ticket and can interview with the airlines.

Loneliness is one of the great problem that survived among youth as they try to figure out which type of problem they are facing from .it become more complex for him to be move out from it as they get addicted of it they would be not able to get rid of it any more how long they remain stay in such situation no one know except if they try to move their self out of it thanks

What are you doing today?

“Acting the way you did at the time is proof you could not have acted any differently” really hit home. I think a lot about coulda woulda shoulda scenarios and feel bad about them, but everyone, including myself, is just doing their best with the info and experiences they have to pull from at any given time.

Self doubt comes from not doing or completing regular task what you have decided in the morning or day before.......procrastination of work for an hour or a day is major issue..
