Love the South African song at the end of the video 😊
ОтветитьHow did you fasten the battery box in there?
ОтветитьCode requires that you have returns on the ends of those handrails to the wall.
ОтветитьIt's called a HALF LAP joint. If you're going to do instructional videos, at least know what you're talking about and using the correct terminology
ОтветитьWhere did you get the buffing pad?
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this amazing content
Ответитьwhere did you get the brackets? have a link?
ОтветитьIt would be awesome if you paired them with Led lights in the stairs
ОтветитьDude. That shirt is awesome!
Ответитьgreat video thanks for sharing. I love the under rail led.
ОтветитьFreakin awesome, wow!
ОтветитьExactly what I need 👍
ОтветитьDon't forget the returns at the top and bottom, they're code now. They prevent purse straps and loose clothing from getting caught and causing one to fall.
ОтветитьSilent L in halving. Scarf joint would be better. Not bad for a begginer.
ОтветитьI like how you recessed the LED strips on the bottom using a router. LED strips are ugly when exposed.
ОтветитьHalf lapped scarf joint is the name I've heard used for that joint.
ОтветитьThank you very much. I literally needed this just the other day.
ОтветитьWhat about a motion sensor at the bottom of the rail?
ОтветитьTo much about the wood not enough on the leds
ОтветитьWhat about on the way back? How can i connect Motion sensor on other side of the strip?
ОтветитьThis may be the best DIY I have encountered ... did I miss the brand of glue? My perception of glue tells me a couple dowels are called for...very nice finish ... border-line perfect?
ОтветитьBeautiful work !!
ОтветитьHow sensitive is the motion sensor?
Ответитьin which side do you put the motion sensor in? up or down?
Ответитьif i picked up anything from your video its the envelope trash can you used during the install. i never seen that before lol
ОтветитьOuttake....use a pencil
ОтветитьWhat is the height and width of the wood
ОтветитьI can see all your old railing holes on the wall so you probably did not need the stud finder.
ОтветитьAmazing work! Also it is a really nice solution with the paper bag! Thank you.
ОтветитьMore than two hands would be no help, since you have difficulties controling two. Nice job over all.
Ответитьfor the Halving word, we say Har-ving in the UK, well, many of us in the UK do.
ОтветитьIs no one going to mention the paper bag he made taped to the wall to catch debris from drilling and use as a trash can? I've never seen that before. That is awesome!
ОтветитьMissing return - likely not code in most areas.
ОтветитьNice handrail! Nice to see your dust collecting stuff already getting used.... as a worktable.... 🤦♂️🤣
ОтветитьI bet 90% of us clicked this to see how to do the LED motion strip but we got a how to build and install railing. Click baited to the max.
Ответитьnice work
ОтветитьSawdust is man glitter lolol!
Ответитьthe background song towards the end, from my home country (South Africa)👊🔥💜
Ответитьdid i miss something or it will really turn on only once you go down since the m-sensor is in the top part
ОтветитьShould have used black screws
ОтветитьTHANKS
ОтветитьThis only works at either the top or bottom of the stairs for motion sensing?
ОтветитьThanks
I’m putting these into my walk in closets and the draws of my kitchen.
How long are the batteries lasting you?
ОтветитьNice work! You should have used a ALU metal to lay your LED strip on. That will add cooling to the LED strip = longer life time
