To those saying that haki can't bypass the Chop-Chop fruit's slashing immunity because it's not a Logia fruit, that's actually not true. Luffy's immunity to blunt force can be bypassed with haki, this is how Garp was able to smack him around at Water 7 (well before Oda came up with the twist of the Gum-Gum fruit actually being a Mythical Zoan). With a Logia fruit, the user is becoming insubstantial, so haki can force them to remain solid, and with Luffy, haki is similarly preventing his rubber body from squishing to absorb the force, but with Buggy, he gets cut just fine, he just survives it. It's not that Mihawk wasn't cutting him, it's that Buggy just wasn't being harmed by it, because his ability to be chopped up has become an inherent physical property of his body, similar to Luffy's body having the physical properties of rubber, which not even water or sea prism stone can negate.

Buggy can only got sliced bleeding by sea stone blade.. sword with haki no use againts him.

So does the Chop Chop Fruit bypass the Haki mechanic; because Mihawk should've killed him otherwise.

I asked an AI, if Buggy were the main character, what would be his ultimate technique by the end of the series, and got this:
If Buggy was the main character and his devil fruit abilities were taken to the extreme limit, his ultimate attack might be something like:
"Buggy Atomizer"
For this move, Buggy would split his entire body into microscopic, atomic-sized pieces. He would then be able to instantaneously disperse himself into a huge cloud of tiny Buggy fragments.
Once dispersed over a wide area, Buggy could then rapidly reform his body parts directly inside or around his opponents - either slicing them from the inside-out or encapsulating/entrapping them within his reforming body.
This would essentially act like a widespread teleportation and unconditional binding move, allowing Buggy to instantly appear anywhere near his opponents and restrain or shred them from the inside with no chance of escape.
With his body dispersed to an atomic level, he could also become almost immune to normal attacks, flowing around slashes and blows. Additionally, the cloud of Buggy particles could block vision and suffocate opponents.
The amount of control and training required would be immense, but if mastered, this "Buggy Atomizer" could make Buggy nearly unstoppable and would certainly live up to being an ultimate, final move for a main character Buggy. It would show off his chop-chop powers on a nightmarish scale!

Mihawk can't hurt Buggy. The only person who can hurt Buggy is himself. Captain Buggy is so strong. He didn't even try to dodge his own attack because he knew he unleashed something too powerful that even him can't avoid.
