who is the source of creating the artifacts spreadsheets again?

no matter how hard i try, using dragons bane i cant seem to get enough crit. im at 40 cr and 120 cd with cr crown.

Long story short-
4pc shem - highest possible dps, burst will not nuke, awkward rotations, less sustain(irrelevant),

4pc crimson - high damage, smoother rotations, nuke burst, stronger vape reactions

im starting to like her but rn im trying to save up for ei and i wont pull anyone untill i get her soo, i think i will wait for hu tao to get a rerun than i pull her lol

My hu tao is 450 em, 72/ 203 crit with 37k hp and r2 dragon bane. But the problem is I don't have a Pyro goblet 😭😭😭😭

my hu tao has ATK artifacts and one HP artifact

my team is:

main: hu tao

second mate: Xingqui

third mate: ficshl {will be replaced with raiden shogun once i get raiden shogun}

fourth mate: noelle {will be replaced with zhongli once i get zhongli}

i would have to disagree with the sands debate, i would say that generally HP sands will always be better because of her skill. she gains atk based on her max hp so the more ho she has the more dmg she does. having em is good for reactions, but she does reactions just fine even with like 50-60 em from substats. and i would also say to go for crimson witch set because she get extra dmg from elemental reactions that will happen even with 0 em on her (my hu tao has 0 em and she vapes everytime). shimenawa’s also has a very awkward play style because she can’t burst as much and doesn’t get elemental reaction bonuses. she’s an amazing dps and becomes even better with some tlc so be patient, but the hard work farming from her is so rewarding.

i'm trying to main hu tao for a while now, but since I haven't gotten Yelan yet I've been using Hu Tao; Kazuha; Nahida; Xingqiu. Do you think its an okay team?

em is only better as hpsands if u have 80 cr other than that its not better tbh bc u need 32k hp if u use em sands atleast

I disagree with 1 thing
shimenawa doesn't really give her more DPS
Shim gives just as much DPS as witch of flames
literally the same
u might see a 1% difference AT MOST with exact same skill level
u use shimenawa if u have op stats on a shimenawa set compared to witch of flames
you prioritize using witch of flames and it DOES deal more dmg
Hu tao can use her Q at the end of her E which deals damage equal to 2-3 charged attacks in terms of damage
and if its 1 target you get ur hp back down to 50% next time u use ur E cuz the heal will be small on 1 target
with shimenawa you dont have that ace in the hole
if ur low on hp and ur shield broke or whatever the case if u heal with shimenawa that uses up ur energy and u lose DPS
this is a huge myth about Hu Tao shimenawa set is not more dmg lol


Priority is whatever you have the best stats on out of these 3 sets and try not to use 2p 2p as that aint very good but if u have no choice sure take it for the time being
the prefered choice should be:
#1 Witch of flames
#2 Shimenawa
#3 Gilded dreams (this one is a bit complicated so watch a guide as this is team dependant)

I don’t like that people keep saying “Xianling is a better pyro dps.” No she fucking isn’t, and I’ll explain why.

What the fuck does dps even mean? It stands for damage per second. More specifically, it means how much damage your character can output per second. Whenever people say Xiangling is a better pyro dps, they are literally talking about the literal term “damage per second.” But the retarded thing is: NOBODY USES DPS FOR THE LITERAL MEANING.

Nobody says, “Oh yeah, that character has pretty good dps output.” Or “Yeah, that’s some good dps.” Or some shit. Everyone always says, “This is my dps.” Which makes no fucking sense because dps means damage per second. You’re literally saying, “This is my damage per second for the team.”

So, dps actually has two meanings. The first is the literal meaning and the second is “The character I use to dish out damage.”

Does Xiangling have better damage per second potential? Yes. Is Hu Tao still a better dps? Yes. Why? Hu Tao can clear content faster. Do a little experiment and get both characters by themselves. Solo clear a boss and see which takes longer. Nine times outta ten, Hu Tao will clear faster.

But then people want to pretend that the only thing that matters in a dps is the numbers. That’s untrue. A good dps is also a dps that doesn’t take much to build. Hu Tao is more versatile with the stats, because those trash HP pieces you have actually work on her, but the same cannot be said about Xiangling.

If you want a good pyro dps unit, you’re better off building Hu Tao instead of Xiangling. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t build Xiangling at all, but you should prioritize Hu Tao if you’re looking for a dps specifically

I managed to get C2 Hu Tao and R3 Staff of Homa so I've been nuking everything.
Running an R5 favonius bow on Yelan & another R5 favonius lance on Zhongli I practically always have my bursts ready before their cooldown is even done, also swapped my Yanfei artifacts over to her and with 77% CR & around 300% CD Hu Tao just melts everything.


So glad I semi whaled for her 😅

4 piece crimson witch is a higher damage increase than shimenawa with just one stack 💀
Shimenawa has a 68% damage increase and crimson witch has 80% on melt and vape and 105% on overload and the dendro reactions

Hu Tao is just best girl I would've never gotten her c6 had she not been free to play by the way (yeah i come to comment section to flex too yes yes praise me for being devoted) still r1 homa though :I will get it next decade

I have C1 Hu Tao with R1 Homa and she has 29k HP, 71/204 CV and 224 EM using 4pc CWoF with EM sands but she suffers with only having 1k Atk. Should I continue grinding for more artifacts or is this enough?

From my experience, witch is better damage wise. Barely loses out to charged attack damage WHEN vaporizing. Marks do 40-50% more damage. You're allowed to use your Q ability which can multi hit. Even in single target pressing Q before your E duration ends would be better than Shimenawa. I just luckily pulled for C1 hutao after skipping her ever since her first banner, she is currently 62% crit and 288% crit damage. Unfortunately, the dungeon for witch of flames is pretty inefficient. At least you can throw the other pieces into the strong box now.
