I find it amazing when Jennifer Coffindafer and Julie Grant didn't listen to the evidence or lack thereof and they are professionals. Also we don't know if Hank was telling the truth about the Feds. Remember the Jurors are the finders of fact. There is a lot of reasonable doubt in this case from some inconsistent witness statements and then there is office Guarino's testimony that Karen was back at John's on his Wi-Fi at 12:36 a.m. So, Jen lied. Also who doesn't come out of their house when a hysterical woman is there with LEOs and emergency vehicles? Then there are the lack of what would be obvious injuries of a vehicle striking someone. NONE to his torso or legs, not even a bruise. It's easy for me to think career cops wouldn't go down for a fight that accidentally ended in a death. I've seen corruption and given what Proctor did in this case, boy it's easy to think he did a cover up. This isn't about how "unlikeable" Karen is or what she thought happened. She had been drinking but the evidence doesn't show a hit by any vehicle. The case should have never made it to trial with all the sham investigation.

At what time during any of Karen's testimonies did she say that when she found John laying in the snow, she pulled a shard of glass from his nose and blood started to pour out? NONE!!

The ONLY time she ever mentioned that was when she did her documentary on TV. The prosecutor even caught that. There were a few other things that she said during the documentary that she had never mentioned before.
I believe she's GUILTY!!

It’s so weird I must be living under a rock because I listen to true crime podcast all day long and the only shows I watch on TV is Fox News and discovery ID and I have never heard of this case until discovery ID showcased it two weeks ago and since then I was hooked, I went back and started watching all the videos and that’s all I’ve done for the past two weeks 24 hours a day trying to catch up

To keep it simple, don’t focus on just her cell phone. Instead, look at both of their cell phone data. The time they arrived at 34 Fairview, the time she departed, and the time and place his phone “stopped moving.” That’s when he was killed. John O’Keefe would’ve been murdered within minutes of exiting KR’s car? In the location of where her car was parked at the curb. The people inside the house came outside, killed him on front lawn, then they went inside? Doesn’t pass the logic test based on data from their phones.

How many people butt dial a dying victim 7 times while said victim is actually dying in front lawn, while also searching "how long to die in snow?". Are we all watching the same testimony? The defense has 100% raised reasonable doubt. everyone in that family needs to be investigated by the FBI.

I wonder how many people know about the boston officers who were arrested for Sandra Birchmore s murder-suicide cover up. One if the officers that testified in reeds case is in prison for covering up a rape murder of a pregnant woman. These officers were grooming children in their kids cop program. Her case has been ignor e because of the reed case.

The host made so many statements that have been disproven, but don't tell her cuz she can't count that high. Rename this show "Bias Lives!"Or "Facts? What Facts?" This show is a travesty and doesn't belong on Court TV.

My goodness ...I cannot believe there is a second trial going on here....the lawyers must be laughing all the way to the bank....from day 1.....we were supposed to believe that a bunch of John's colleagues and friends decided to murder him and dump his body on their front lawn and proceed to either go to bed and the others to just drive home....yeah right......she was drunk as a skunk and backed over him.....whether that was accidently or on purpose is the only thing this trial should be about....
