In Uganda. Great insights. Complex issues simplified. Proactive routines ( actually SOPs)reduce tasks (issues) and prioritizing process over project are key for business stability and growth.
ОтветитьAnother eye-opening video, Layla!! Thank you so much for all the valuable content you provide.
ОтветитьGreat information- thank you for these mindset shifts!
ОтветитьThis is a very encouraging video, thanks for this information
ОтветитьVery nice, very useful. I like the process versus project part. Good advice :)
Ответитьlayla.. you are very beautiful ❤
ОтветитьOmg this is what I've been looking for you have no idea. You said it just the way that I needed to make it more clear
ОтветитьI love your videos. Besides being soooo helpful with click up you just seem like a really good person and your positivity is contagious
ОтветитьWell spoken! Thank you for sharing these four crucial principles. Delegating "proactive" routines...is my fav! You rock Layal!
ОтветитьHaircut and earrings on point as the video 😉
ОтветитьI agree with almost everything you are saying. Thank you for another inspirational video. One thing I have come up against is we actually needed to broaden our services and not reduce them. It's very difficult to find the right practitioners for my business so I stopped trying to find them, maxed out the services we were able to offer by that one person and then added other types of services that are unrelated but act as a sales Funnel. I now feel like I can find people to hire and not rely on over working my original staff.
ОтветитьProcesses over projects! That is a great little phrase to keep me on track and stop me being distracted. Website is the perfect example.
I’m a squeaky machine at the moment but slowly adding oil to all the different parts. Have a ClickUp form that creates a new lead in my client space. That was one nice bit of automation. Need a lot more oil still though
Thank you for this! Really nice explanation of the "mindset" to make your business a "well-oiled" machine. I love the part about Tasks vs. Issues. You gave me a lot to think about! Very much appreciated - Danette
ОтветитьHi Layla, the subscription form of the blueprint page doesn't work. You should add a periodic check to this in your process 🙂 (just kidding).
ОтветитьProcess vs project is a helpful distinction. Thanks for that.
ОтветитьWhy do I think you're referring to me when you refer to decades of bad habits and practices around systemization? 😉 It's a good thing that my business is still lots of fun. Great video as usual. Small or big, you need systems and you also need to remember to review them occasionally. Problems and solving them is what makes life/business interesting for some of us. The trick is to create them yourself while trying to improve the business but keep them at a level where the day to day operations are not impacted negatively.
ОтветитьYou out there watching this, listen very closely what Layla has to share here! 👌 Layla, 100% runs a well-oiled machine, herself! Inspiring and exemplary on how to build a systemized business. Another video full of value bombs!
ОтветитьThis is a simple but great reminder of what I need to be doing. I tried to watch the video you linked by submitting my info in the form but it says I can’t watch the video because of the privacy settings. Will I receive a link to the video, as I really want to watch it.
