Best Streamlabs OBS Settings for Twitch

What would be the best preset to be on under the output settings

Is there a way to see or change the server you are on?

Since you posted this helpful video back in March, the SLOBS interface has really changed. I installed the latest version 0.17.1 and the settings options are completely different. Uhhg! I'm experiencing a strong lagggg and it must be due to my hardware, internet connection, or both.

do you find down-scaling costs more CPU usage when streaming? so keeping the res of your game equal to the scaling for the stream the same means less cpu usage?
