Wyze Cam V3 vs Wyze Cam V2 | Comparing Features and Demo Footage

My favorite feature about the Wyze Cam 2 is the fact you can actually buy one 🤣 I’ve been waiting for the 3 to become available for AGES.

It's the same price if you're a cam plus subscriber. Otherwise, the price will be going up on the v3 cams. However, even though I refused to try cam plus for a long while, it's actually very good and very cheap. Worth it imo.

V3 is blowing competitors away! I have V3 mounted right next to Blink Mini in my garage, Blink is a mess in every aspect. Even Alexa compatibility is better with V3 where Blink claims to be an Amazon product.

V3 is very good for color night vision. If you have your porch light on. It look like daytime. I do have a feeling v4 is gonna be 2k./// I’m gonna sell my ARLO to buy these.

Amazon has v3 right now. Just bought 2

I mean v3 is better but you still can't really see the person clear enough with starlight enabled . Reality is you need to have lights on in the actual area your using them in at night . To really make out a face the more light the better the better the sensor performs the less artifacts .

V3 notification speed is? My V2 is about 19 secs.

Wyze Cam V3 doesn't have RTSP firmware like the Wyze Cam V2.

Great quality video! However the pausing between each word trying to talk like a lot of content creators kinda triggered me lol.

Yes, V3 is better than V2, but I am always so disappointed by the poor audio quality of all WyzeCams. That’s the main reason I haven’t pulled the trigger yet on buying any security cameras. As a Wyze fan overall, I am waiting on them to prioritize improving audio quality, but I can’t wait forever.

Maybe their subpar audio is the main thing that enables them to remain affordable. I don’t know if that’s the case, just trying to think of a good reason for why they haven’t considered this an issue worth addressing. They will have to do something about it if they want to at least compete with other brands in audio quality.
