Anyone else burn the f out of them during the 3 min broiler step?
ОтветитьThis was my first time cooking ribs in the oven and I gotta say they turned out better than expected. Next time I'm going to lower my broil time to maybe one or two minutes because it really charred up my sauce but overall would make again. You earned a subscriber from me!
ОтветитьWorked great for my family…thanks so much!
ОтветитьOK, I have my ribs seasoned up, I’m gonna be doing them inside just like you showed. My reason isn’t because of snow it’s because of 107° outside deep in the heart of Texas too dang hot. I’ll let you know in a couple hours
ОтветитьGiving this a try only thing is I already marinated it using mustard as the binder and I marinated for 24hrs just about I just threw them in the oven exactly how you did I will definitely update when done!
ОтветитьOne more upvote for this recipe, and thank you, Sir! I had to adjust the rub to accommodate for what I had on hand - smoked salt, garlic powder, paprika. Going with, unwrapped, 350f (177-180 C) for ~2hrs, for about 3lbs of ribs yielded great caramelized crust, firm yet tender meat. I am a bit over the "fall of the bone" phase, and my wife actually prefers her ribs on the dryer/firmer side, so this came out JUST so! After the two hours, I pulled them from the oven, wrapped in foil and let rest for about 1hr. Afterwards I sauced 1/2 of the ribs and left the other with just the rub. Both were get-out-of-town delicious. Thanks again for the tutorial!
Ответить😋💯Mmm, I'm excited for ribs!!!❤🤤
Thank you for showing & explaining.🎉
Lord have mercy my wallet won't recover from this video
ОтветитьI am gonna try them for Monday night Football!
ОтветитьThey came out perfect!! Thank you
ОтветитьMy first time doing ribs. Followed your video and wow, they tasted amazing. I did 2 racks, one with and one without BBQ sauce (as some in the family don’t like sauce), so got the sauceless one nice and crispy which worked a charm. Thanks, from Melbourne, Australia
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьThis man is a straight shooter, subscribed
ОтветитьJust made these today they’re excellent everyone enjoyed 9/10
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьDetroiter here. Moved to FL this year. Saw the ribs and had a feeling you were from the Midwest before hitting play. Midwesterners know how to meat 😂
ОтветитьI was wondering if I can precook the ribs the day before and then finish them for the 10 minutes @450 and the final 3 minutes under the broiler, or do you think it'll dry them out? Thanks
Update: I cooked the ribs as you suggested and did them the night before. I took them out of the oven and wrapped the ribs in tin foil and put them in the frig right away. I read on line that it's best to wrap and put hot meat in the frig as soon as possible. I reheated the ribs on the grill in a tin pan and hit them with a little more sauce. I got noting but raved reviews and man, were they tender. Thanks for the video. Be safe.
Tryin tonight !! Just subscribed
Cheers from toronto
Thanks for all the help.
The husband is pleased 😀
every time i cook ribs, I come back to this video. EVERY TIME PERFECT DUDE YOU ARE A RIB SAVER!! I liked and subscribed.
ОтветитьCan I put two racks of ribs for two hours?
ОтветитьWho doesn't preheat oven first.? 🤷🏼♂️
ОтветитьI always do the oven method. I use the seasoning, then I add a beer. (also I use the dry off method & take off the silver skin, also.
After low & slow in oven, around 2 hours, I add a homemade sauce, put back in oven for around a half hour.
The secret is the homemade sauce.
They come out perfect everytime.
I have put them on the gas grill for a minute or two to finish off, but this step is not necessary.
Will I have the same success with spare ribs?
ОтветитьA
Ответить350 2 HOURS 450 10 MINS
ОтветитьGuess what my guy, I’m cooking these ribs….
Today.
Today.
I’m cooking these ribs, today.
So what if I don’t have this bearded butcher rub…
ОтветитьThanks bro I need this I’m making ribs as we speak and I’m using your method!
ОтветитьGO HEAD BIG BROTHER. DO YOUR THANG. THANK YOU SO MUCH. GLORY TO GOD. YESSS...
Ответитьfirst time doing ribs in the oven i'm putting them directly on the rack instead of a cookie sheet. Damn rain and hurricanes lol
ОтветитьThe heat lately has kept me away from using my smoker, so I tried making them in the oven using your method. Needless to say they came out BEAUTIFULLY!
ОтветитьThank you for showing me this. I'm trying it tonight!
ОтветитьTried these for the second time tonight, this is ROCK STAR for oven ribs Delicious
ОтветитьThank you sooo much they were amazing, I'll be following you from here on out
ОтветитьI've been Cooking Commercially for almost 30 years, and I am impressed with this "dedicated finesse" recipe that you have developed <3
ОтветитьGreat video. I would just preheat the oven first then do the prep work.
I also wrap my ribs in foil for two hours. You’ll have an excess of liquid when you unwrap (from the fat).
Take that rib liquid and pour it into a sauce pot and mix with your bbq sauce of choice and reduce that sauce.
Lather the ribs in that fat bbq sauce and put the ribs in the oven under broil until it caramelizes.
just made a rack with this method and they were bomb as hell. could almost pull the bones right out of the meat. ONE THING TO NOTE, if you don't use olive oil as a binder, the ribs will stick to the aluminum foil. ALSO, sauce burns easily, so when broiling i suggest just a few minutes at a time.
ОтветитьBy the time they would’ve came out the oven, my viewers would’ve been looking at bones 😂 they look absolutely delicious, I’ll be trying this later today
ОтветитьAwesome, looks great!
ОтветитьFantastic!
ОтветитьI am making them today!! They are in the oven as I type this comment.
ОтветитьYou are a life saver, thank you for doing these videos
ОтветитьI've tried several times to make baby back ribs and screw it up every time. the dogs enjoy them, that meat is too tough for me! After watching your video I see what I've been doing wrong -everything! So I'm going to try one more time and follow your easy instructions!
I'll be back & let you know how it comes out!
Thanks man!
ОтветитьI have made these 7 and half times now! So good!
ОтветитьI don’t know why but for some reason I thought the crockpot was going to be involved when I first started watching.
ОтветитьVery pleased with our first turn out and are really enjoying making it our own. Really appreciate your video man
