I believe you. I never believed the lies they tell. I was only 135 and jog 4 miles twice a day and kept a strict diet. Did this for 3 years and didn’t see my weight drop that fast.

It's not a problem to use the injection because some people have really amount huge amounts of weight and to decrease that they need that injection I don't have a problem with that and I don't see how it's a problem with you

Ozempic supposed to be for prediabetes. That's why genuine patients can't fill their prescriptions.

Hello Candance I have type 2 Diabetes and I can’t even get my meds for it because people or using it to loose weight and my provider trying to get other meds to provide for me because pharmacy is always out of stock I have been in and out of hospital Because of my sugar getting too high or too low because I need my medication and I’m trying to control it thank you chiming in about it again thank you

My mom is a diabetic and on Ozempic for medical reasons and she can’t find it. It’s always out.

As someone that has Gastroparesis it pisses me off that people are paying to have some of the same symptoms that are slowly killing me. I'm 6ft and I once weighed 260lbs (yeah I was heavy), but when I got the gastroparesis, I lost 80lbs in just 3 months and continued to lose weight until I hit 130lbs, but with a high caloric diet I've been able to maintain my current weight of 160lbs for the past year or so, but it only takes me a short time to lose this weight when my symptoms are at their worst. My continued weight loss is due to not being able to keep food or liquids down on a regular basis, as any food just sits in my stomach while not digesting! I now have to do everything I can just to maintain my current weight of 160lbs. I guess the silver lining is that I can eat (when I'm able to eat) anything I want, as long as the portions are very small and my digestive system is working. Unfortunately since I tend to get sick (Stomach cramps with pain, Vomiting, etc...) when I eat, I've also developed a fear of eating. Being a retired Chef I never dreamed this could or would happen to me! smh...

to have visible abs is around 10% bodyfat which is 1/3rd of what a woman should be naturally. 10%BF is bikini/fitness model stage shape..youre not supposed to have abs as a woman year round
