As someone who regularly eats hot sauce in the 2+ million range, I sympathize. If you're not used to spice at all anything even near this is would be awful and I can tell they're not playing it up for the camera. It's absolutely worse if it gets into your stomach because if you start hiccupping or burping a lot of the capsaicin comes back up along with stomach acid and it's just awful in your mouth. Courtney really is a champ for swallowing the whole thing!

A couple guys at school did this a couple weeks ago on the morning bus. One of which is in my first period. He threw up and was drenched in sweat.
