BRAD!!!! 65 here, just triple soaked and conditioned my Very coiley curly locks, and did the thing! WITH my front actually more between my eyebrows than you did to your redhead angel.
Just to make you crazy, my hair was rinsed and is in a towel before I have seen it. I need to work the next 3 nights, overnight nurse, so it will be days until my hair stops tantruming from the chop, shrinks, and gets off the bus.
No matter what, THIS WAS FUN!!! After MONTHS/YEARS of rewatching your videos and no one following your advice.....THIS ONE IS FOR YOU!

Is getting this haircut a good idea if I'm trying to grow my hair out long? I have very thick hair and want more shape and movement, but I'm scared that this kind of haircut will be hard to have and maintain while I'm growing my hair from armpit length to hip length. I'm so scared of doing this haircut, regretting it, then having to spend years growing all of the layers back out again. Any tips?

My hair is falling out from chemo. I figure this is a good time to try something new. No risk. I just can't figure out how to get it shorter than you did. The back doesn't seem to shorten enough.
