Do clients have to log into azure portal for bastion?

For $140 per month? I'm not sure where you get that that's affordable...maybe for giant companies. I could just easily setup a basic vpn for $26 per month. The setup is much simpler than this too...

Awesome video! . so rdp to an AAD join machine can be done directly from within bastion, with mfa ? and i need a line of sight communication back to my on premises AD for Kerberos or use Azure AD DS services ?

What about browser security? I've seen reports of virtual desktops (even zoom meetings) in browsers (in the past) where the browser was compromised and the user unaware - from key logging to scraping.

Bastion is pretty cool but also very expensive...
