Sorry but the homes you show are gorgeous but they all have the same vide in terms of interior decorating and design. They remind me of updated 1980’s decor. 🤔 and sadly there doesn’t seem to be any soul in them 😢

Most of these rich people's homes are plain and horrible.

Inside this property has all the 'wow' factor one could wish for. The sad thing is the exterior. It is less than average, particularly for Mayfair. When the Developer rebuilt the brick front, it should have been totally remodelled. If I am not mistaken this property kicked off at about £32M. Let's get real only when one sees cash, 50 pound notes piled up on a table that one appreciates it's true worth. I do not know what the net spend is on this property but, before it is sold, I think they have to lower their expectations.

It needs more windows but since it has 3 subterranean levels I guess the skylights are a necessity. Despite the skylights, it would feel quite claustrophobic.

Very nice. But the colours inside the house are too dark and there is not much light that enters the house already. Would have been better if they worked with a different colour palette. But I would never buy a finished house like this. Much rather decorate it myself. So this must be an investment piece.
