There was a covid case, of a man who went to a Pool, and didn't wear a mask, because he thought it was Stupid, that he had to wear one. A few days later He got covid, and passed away a few days later. Thats why it is Very Important to Wear a mask.

I only use uber if I absolutely have to. And I wear my mask the entire time. The only thing I don't like is when I get a driver that wants to make small talk the entire ride and tries to force me to hold a conversation. Like dude, I get that you want to be polite, but not everyone wants to have conversations with strangers.

This driver didn't handle this well at all, because not only was he rude, but the driver wasn't wearing his mask either. He lost the high ground immediately, and if the passenger decided to report to Uber that he wasn't wearing his mask he would be suspended while it was being investigated, and could be deactivated for repeat offenses. His video wouldn't be able to help him either, because it clearly shows him wearing it around his chin, and not covering his face in violation of Uber's updated policies. This is an extremely bad example of to show on your channel for those reasons.

The point the driver isn't wearing his mask right. The driver has to put on a new mask. You arent to wear the mask below your mouth.

The rules of a mask are this it must be worn over nose and mouth. Not around your neck or pulled down to talk.

You cant touch the mask with your bare hand at all. If you do your mask is contaminated and needs to be removed and tossed out.

I allow 4 people for an UberX. If everyone has a mask it’s no big deal.

They'll then call the credit card company to chargeback the cost or sue uber and lyft in small claims court and most likely will win by default as Uber/Lyft won't send a representative due to cost involved to answer the lawsuit. They'll likely win the chargeback as most credit card companies and banks will side with the cardholder

The driver wasn't rude at all. He behaved correctly. The would-be passenger was stubbornly ignorant and got exactly what he deserved. He was entitled enough to think that he could put others at risk for his misguided belief and inaccurate statement about masks not being necessary. It was satisfying to see him get shut down.

Here is an invention when you lock the doors your Dashcam takes a photo of the driver and begins recording. At the end of the ride when the doors unlock another image of the passenger is taken. If you rate them well the image erases if not it get sent to Uber and Lyft with the Ride ID#

I had 2 lyft drivers cancel using the “no mask” reporting when they haven’t seen me and i had my mask on. Lyft has no one to help the people getting picked up defend themselves for this. Twice, i had a mask on waiting outside of work in the cold at 10pm and 2 different drivers canceled then i get an email saying “wear a mask to prevent suspension” when i wore it every time. Fuck lyft. Report their shits
