Mine don't look like hers. :( I can see the top shorter layer but the rest of my hair looks the same and I don't know what to do. :( I have frizzy hair!

I saved this video because i will be using it to cut my hair tomorrow. My hair is all the same length and frankly quite boring. I love cutting my own hair and this looks like the best long layers video ive seen. Cant wait to give it a try and will update when done

Can some one help me on how you know how short to do your layers if you dont have any layers to begin with and to make sure you match it to your length so you don't give yourself a mullet

Ok, i did kindof a bad job lol but it suprisingly turned out really pretty to me! Im in my last stages of pregnancy and good lord i needed this cut lol. My hair was super long and thick and it was miserable in this summer heat so thank you for the tutorial!! Ill definately be tryong it again when my hair grows out and see if i do it any better lol

Actually this haircut is fine for small hair. My hair is up to my hip
I just tried this tutorial but that didn't turn out well
Still I got the layers but I was not satisfied
So if ur hair is up to ur waist means go with U or straight cut rather than feather or layer
So that u don't lose ur hair
I just now got my U cut in parlour for 300Rs it was worth it cause I won't cut it for next 3 months.

I did this! I have often been told I need to be a hair model. I now live on a tropical island and there are no hair stylist here! First time cutting my hair. I personally do not consider this a full haircut as only the front sides are cut (outside of the back ends getting trimmed) the back of the entire back of the head and the face framing layers do not get cut in this tutorial. This haircut also cut off way too much of my hair, I am going to do my best to fix this cut on my own.

My hairdresser retired and I haven’t gotten a haircut in nearly two years. It was all one length and looked so boring and had many split ends. My hair is thick, but very fine. It is hard to cut because one little mess up shows a lot. However, your method of cutting small sections at a time worked great for my hair. I wish I had taken a before picture. I’m so happy with the results. I won’t have to pay over $80 for a haircut anymore. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
