Today we take a brief look at the last Stuart Monarch Queen Anne. She certainly had a difficult life and her experiences as queen were chaotic. Nevertheless, many important events took place during her time as queen and she remains an important figure in the history of Britain. I hope you all are doing well and thank you for your patience between uploads. I ran into multiple issues due to upgrading equipment, but hope to have everything locked down at this point in order to upload more regularly. I want to thank you for your interest in the video/channel and I hope I was reasonably able to do Anne's story justice. As always if I catch any errors, or any are brought to my attention, I will add them to the errors and corrections section of the video description. I did catch one small error already, in that I referred to Anne's brother Edgar as her elder brother when in fact he was her younger brother. This had been added to said section. Cheers!

I don’t understand your statement about the pregnancy before Baby Anne’s birth. Was it a pregnancy of her father’s out of wedlock relationship? Janet

Good work except maybe
"... the last Stuart monarch of..." *Great Britain*
given the
'acts of union' during the last decade of her reign.

Thank you for the upload. I learned quite a bit in this session. Not sure if you're open for improvement but there's alot of repeat phrases or words you like to use. It's kinda funny I was giggling to you 😂 good job with the photos as well

Actually, George I and Queen Anne husband Prince George are 1st cousin. They are the grandchildren of George, Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg and Anne-Eleanore of Hesse-Darmstadt. King George is the grandosn of them through paternal line, while Prince George is through maternal line

Anñe gathered up people's from the Upper Palatinate and sent them on to America/ The New World. Do you cover any of that? I've listened two times to the documentary. Am I missing something?

Anne was NEVER "Queen of England" in her own right. She was Queen Consort as she was never granted the CROWN MATRIMONIAL, and because of a LAW that can NEVER be rescinded, no Catholic can ever sit on England's Throne ever again. This Law was made because of Bloody Mary and her ruthless murders of Protestants

No wonder the writer copied much of British history for his HBO soap opera

Decent video, but WHY ARE YOUR ADS SO BLARINGLY LOUD? Seriously, I watch a lot of history channels and your ads are particularly obnoxious.

This was pretty amazing to hear. It was very detailed for "brief" I have direct ancestral ties to Queen Anne through her mother Anne Hyde via Edward Hyde..... Which somehow connects to Winston Churchill and the Spencers....namely Diana and her children.

I like it that the "Glorious Revolution" is presented as just a Machiavellian invasion of William of Oranje. It was a invasion, but one with a very succesful public relationscheme.
