I have injure my lower back (piriformis muscle which is affecting sciatica nerve) . I have been in this pain for months , I have been limited movements due to this injury. Have you or any other athletes had this issue due to overstretching while hitting a smash or taking a hit by stretching yourself to a arching lower back position to the back of the court? have you had an similar injury and what therapy worked best for you? I will appreciate it if you could share some light on this topic.
