The officer that ACTUALLY gave advice ... KUDOS!!!! If most officers did this, more people would respect officers; however ... they (officers) should NEVER give advice!! But, I'm SURE that woman appreciated it.

My sister in California on her first conviction, and they lost her blood test on purpose because she only had one drink and differ, stop, and people coming out of the driveway of the place. She wasn't even barely on the road. And they should stay pulled her into the next driveway.
And then they had her do the sobriety test. Where there is a tree stump grown up in the sidewalk was lifted. It was freezing where she was listening to her friend Blanket tar and she was freezing. So finally when she gets Court I think she called before that She was trying to get her blood test or a breath. Lies her test whatever it was and the sheriff wouldn't Give it to her they said they couldn't find it. By the time she got to court her whole file was missing. Did the judge throw it out or give her a lighter sentence. She had to go to full traffic school she lost her license for a year Even though there was a missing file, I was p*** because I had to leave work. Pick her up, take her to traffic school
They told her car she had to pay for that. Where I see some states that you have a friend. Take it and drive it somewhere... That is she told the judge. I wasn't even on the road for more than three feet. There was nothing that she could have possibly done wrong for them to pull her over. And it's in a shopping center there's a grocery store. As soon as people's tires touch the road and come out they putt lights on. Interesting if I was there and i'm gone to that bar with her but i'm always The desernated driver. Under if they would have pulled me over. They're just assuming everyone's drinking in there.
She was so devastated at losing her license at an older age. Cause we were both in our 50s And then when she tried to get her license back of the d m v again, there was missing paperwork and she couldn't get it done. She just gave up driving... Eventually she had a boyfriend he tries for everywhere. That she was living and working at place where she could do buses. Or I would drive and pick up if we went somewhere. You couldn't really afford her car insurance because she lost her job. For different reasons, lay off at the school district. They said if it was a city police, none of that would have happened. The sheriffs where we live is really bad.
That's southern california for you. Mandatory towing of cars and mandatory one year lose your license. Manitori traffic school. Doesn't matter what level you are at. it's all about the money. I kept saying she should have sued and I don't know why she wouldn't get her license. But now she may need it because her boyfriend has cancer of the pancreas. He's been driving to his own appointments for treatment. I told her just drive anyway she goes now he's got a big truck.

It always makes me laugh how these young entitled people just start balling and crying and getting upset when they get arrested for something. If you wouldn't have done what you did you wouldn't be arrested You're not different than any of us.

Not complying with the breathalyzer and pretending like you don't know how to blow into the machine, should be considered a refusal to test, just like a verbal denial.

The moped chick was being let go with a warning and she argued with them non stop until she was arrested.

I got 5 Dui's and lost my driving license for over 14 years and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. It was when I stopped drinking that I filed for a hearing at the DMV and they gave my license back. It's been almost 17 years since I drank at all

The girl on the scooter was being a bit difficult but one of the officers literally told her he was letting her go and then they take her to a secluded area and then they arrest her. Those dudes were so power hungry against a tiny 110 lb woman

Field sobriety tests are BS. I've seen so many videos of people do it better than I would on my most sober days and they still find them drunk.

tbh i get the first girls blowing the breathalyzer 7 times. i’ve had some not so bright moments and the cops were screaming at me for trying to ‘fake the test’ but it is so hard so for some reason
