Microsoft Support sucks so much man i feel for you. I had a clean prename 3l iip that was stolen via fake mm scam. Contacted ms support and they basically told me "Yep security info was changed but since it was changed we can't change it back and are going to permanently suspend it"

I just had my account stolen 9 days ago. Microsoft hasn’t contacted me back yet but all signs show that I’m not getting my account back. That was my only account and I had spent 9k hours on it and 120$ on it. (For ranks and the game itself).
I’m devastated. I wish I was more careful

my friend's acc was stolen by the email scam (u give the email, they find your pass in a breach i believe)

exact same thing happened to me on the microsoft part,
Made like 5 tickets ( over 4 months )
They always said it will take less than 72 hours, i provided all the evidence,
and only after 5 tickets they locked the account, now there's nothing i can do..

I think they should make both sides prove that they " own " the account, instead of making the clear victim,
but I also do understand it is for security measures,

At the end of the day, it sucks to suck. Lost 400$

This happened to me but it was different . A person made a fake hypixel reward redeem area looked very legit and hacked my account . i lost all of it until i realised that it was logged in from my other laptop opened it got my account back changed everytthing added 2fa and stuff and got his ip.

Got my account from 2013 stolen a while ago. My email was leaked on the club penguin rewritten data leak. One day I log in with the correct details, didn't work. Had to reset password every time I tried to log in. My username and skin kept changing, and eventually I lost it completely. Worst of all, a different account has claimed "Emendio" which is the name I've used for years. Microsoft support isn't much help, they ask for proof of purchase and unfortunately, I don't still have emails from 2013 🤣🤣🤣
