just a tip for exporting : Be aware AVI uses extremely large file sizes (10GB for 1min 1080 video ) for a littel to no noticble higher quality compared to quicktime (173mb for 1min 1080 video) thats why it takes longer to render avi , Therefore it will degrade your hdd/ssd much fater to quicktime ...

One tip from my experience- never use bitrate option in quality settings (it ruins quality at same bitrate). I was so annoyed that I now use max quality (file size in gb😅).
