Actually, you don't have to erase the disk. Just run the 'First Aid' and then click on 'mount'. It would come back like a charm.

Hi, first aid or any of these steps didn't work for me, neither I can take risk of erasing the SD card as it has a huge amount of very important video data from last wedding I shot, please guide me what should I do.

Hello !! My main problem is : my external hard disk was encrypted!! and is unmount!! i mean grayout at the option !! and when i connect the disc i can see it at DISC RECOVER but is not asking me the password ! and i cant access...Any idea? thanks
