I have been following you for four months. I like your exercises because they are gentle and I can do them easily. I feel rejuvenated after doing the exercises. I used to wonder what kind of exercises should I do to loose belly fat as I am over 50. After watching your videos I became sure that I can do the exercises and they have helped me.
