Like it or not, the ONLY reason there is ANY new Star Wars content since GL is because of the dreaded "D" word. Otherwise, there would be no content at all by any other buyer of the IP that could pull of ANY follow-on production. Prove me wrong. YT content creators cannot compete with D content or otherwise sustain GL's vision. It's a pipe dream. I don't like D but it is better than nothing. This was precisely the conclusion of skeptical fans of GL's prequels that broke even GL's own lore at the time.

After the first two episodes I thought meh maybe there’s a chance this series is a slow burner but the best part about this series is the fighting in episode 5 apart from that this shower of shite was stupidly poor!!

Ryan, there is so much wrong with every single scene of this episode. I felt so confused as nothing made sense, such as why couldn't the blood test be used as evidence for the vergence? My brain is numb. It just contradicted the PT and even the OT, by recontextualising George's Star Wars. I see this show and especially this episode as a huge f...u to George. I saw a lot of copy and paste from the OT and PT, the Sol and Qimir fight scene ( channeling of Anakin and Obi Wan, not as intense and as good) and how Osha turned to the dark side and becoming powerful ( channeling Anakin), implying she is more powerful than Anakin. Even the end scene with Qimir and Osha is a reflection of Luke and Leia's scene from ESB, but this is the dark version. This episode blatantly depicted how evil the Jedi are and the Sith aren't that bad, because of justified reasons to turn to the dark side. As I keep stating, Disney Star Wars is dead BUT George Lucas Star Wars is thriving, alive and kicking.

I know a great deal about Star Wars but know next to nothing about lightsaber crystals all I know is I had a purple lightsaber as revan and it was the coolest crap ever

I couldn't care less about "bleeding the crystals" to make them red; it's always been so much cooler that a Jedi had to basically go on an epic quest to find one that would call out to them. Even for the Sith, it makes for more of an interesting story and challenge for them to scour the galaxy searching for a crystal that resonates with them. Also, it looked lame the way they did it, so yeah, my head-canon beats all of this nonsense. They have to work so much harder to get back the viewers they lost with this crappy show.
