How to Create a Survey Form (with Reports) in WordPress

Looks good, was hoping for a 'conversational' type survey form, is that in process?

Is there a way to link the registration form to a poll/survey, so that a user has to register to vote? I don't need them to register for the whole site - just to vote. Hoping to be able to run board of directors elections using this plugin.
