Journeyman - Love + Work : Steven Brower

I caught up with one of my favorite college professors, Steven Brower, while he was in town to ask him "what do you love about what you do?" for our Love + Work section.
Steven had an integral part in molding me as a designer and creative, always pushing me to challenge what I know as the norm to create smart design rather than design for design sake.
Steven spent many years at Print magazine, SVA and Kean University and is now the head of MFA Graphic Design program at Marrywood University, you can find out more about him and his work at
