How to SOLO Beat 7 Star VENUSAUR Tera Raid ► Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

If you guys have a hisuian goodra, this strat works really well for just trying to get herba mysticas and beating it in general, However this chestnaught strat works just as well, just may take a little more time but it still works! great vid!


H-Goodra
Air balloon
Adamant nature
Steel tera type
Max EVS into attack, dont put any into speed
use the moves
- Iron head
- Gyro Ball
- Protect
- Curse

Fyi, You need to max out gyro balls PP stat, it caps at 8!

iron head 3 times to try and get your tera orb charged, Once he nullifies your stat changes, make sure to use protect on that turn that way you get your sap sipper back and air balloon will be active again after that turn, after that use curse 6 times, then gyro ball to victory!

Torterra- Shell armor to prevent crits
Max Evs in spedeff and attack 4hp
Item Shell Bell
Moves
Mudslap, Seedbomb, Amnesia , Growth

Mudslap till faint
Amnesia and heal cheer as needed
Growth when amnesia is maxed
Seed bomb tera and finish raid

Partners don't matter

In my fight the Venusaur did Giga Drain as it's main attack so your strat didn't work.

If you're farming Herba Mystica, dont forget to get raid power for extra drops!

6x noodles
2x horseradish
1x whipped cream
1x chilli sauce

The recipe above should get you raid ground power lv2!

This works wonders for both solo and online.
Trevenant with the Harvest ability, Item Citrus Berry (Left Overs if Online)
Evs in Special Defense and Attack with remainder in HP
Moves
Horn Leech
Growth  (Haze if Online)
Skitter Smack
Physic Up

Turn One and Two Skitter Smack.
Turn Three Stats clear and Physic Up For Max Sped Boost

Turn 4-6th Growth
7----> Tera Grass Horn Leech

I made this build but I can't afford to win, his earth power gets too much boosts and it OHKO me after the third turn, I cant even set up belly drum😅

Great solo guide. It took me a few tries because of bad rng with the accuracy checks. The venusaur never missed against me even after the mud slaps. The strat is banking on it using sludge bomb between the turns of terastalizing+ belly drum and the seed bomb. First few tries it used giga drain and my hp was too low for the belly drum to go. Or I got it off then it attacked my last 80ish hp I had left so I had to restart.

Once u get the first seed bomb off the raid is over thanks to the shell bell. Got it on my 4th try and got it in a luxury ball.

Just easily beat this with a Chesnaught i already had

I tried it, I don't think it worked for me:(

i went with Leech seed instead of Spiky shield or as fourth move worked for me pretty well. Venusaur can't remove Leech Seed and it gives a good chunk of life that helped me to max attack. Even if you are unlucky and killed by sludge bomb the turn your ability is disabled it doesn't matter, i still won thank to be able to max attack because leech seed.

A great support mon is Kanto Weezing. Careful nature with Levitate and holding Leftovers. He’s always the last one to get KOed and rarely at that. Rain Dance whenever he uses Sunny Day, Clear Smog as your spammable to ensure he doesn’t bulk up to punish your team, and you can use Taunt and Smokescreen (interchangeable with Acid Spray) to help keep him from further boosting.
