New "Windows 365" Cloud PCs - Testing & Benchmarks

Are these cloud PC's HIPAA compliant? Can it be locked down so files cannot be transferred in or out of the windows instance?

To be honest with you if I were Microsoft I would not be putting out this cheap crap and charging jacked-up prices for it. If you want people to use VM and pay for them then you will need to do the following:
ONE:
You will need to make sure that a person can install the same type of programs that they can install on their computer on the VM and if they can use their phone that VM would need to be able to use that same programs as well as if the VM were the device itself.
TWO: The price plans need to give you more options for what you are getting if you were just using a regular computer. The features and storage needs to beat what a regular computer could provide plus if you are paying for a plan on an ongoing basis then you have to pay for repairs to the computer that you have to use to connect to this VM does the repair costs to the physical machine get absorbed into the monthly costs if you need any upgrades or repairs or are there extra costs.? If anything it would be nice if there was an unlimited plan where you could pay a one-time price and it would be for life?

Personally, I don't believe I would give up my PHYSIUCAL OC for this because I believe that the consumer myself am the one who is the one who will be getting Shafted and it is going to get busted off while it's up there.

Think its good as running a pc on a mac. And they have plans as pay as you go? Or? At least Azure has..

Why ARM VPS's are not more common? Ampere CPU's are cheaper per point compared to Intel and AMD :)
PV or PVT could reduce running costs. If servers are water colled waste heat can be used for district heating :)

How we can transfer audio from remote desktop virtual pc to real world computer

totally confused at what this is compared to Azure Virtual Desktop and they don't list any non profit pricing.

May be if Microsoft include a usable Virtual Machine with at least 4 cores, 8 GB of RAM and 1 TB hard drive with their Xbox Game Pass, you could use your Xbox SS as a Basic Homework Desktop PC, instead of buying another machine. It would be an Epic Win for Microsoft, but they don't like their customers to be happy, so we'd probably have to wait for the Steam Deck, which is a different approach to unify "consoles" and "desktops" in a more all-in-one (and also portable) experience, at least until ARM completely conquers the World!.....

How fast is it

For home users, I see some benefits. I can access it from anywhere. From my crappy home desktop, from the computers at school, from my friend's pc while at his house, or even from a Mac. For the technically challenged, they can give their son/daughter access, and that person can connect and "see" what their problem was.
