Southern Ocean for Photo Safaris

Joseph Van Os Photo Safaris is renowned for its dedicated photography tours and perhaps no other tour it offers is as exceptional as its Ultimate Antarctica photography cruise.

JVOPS ran its first Ultimate Antarctica cruise in 1996 and has run nearly a dozen departures since. To ensure that each cruise adheres to its clients expectations of a trip dedicated to photography, JVOPS obtains an exclusive charter of entire expedition ship, staffs the ship with its own photographer guides and develops a photo-intensive itinerary offering extended time ashore at prime photography locations.

In addition to spending several days at the Antarctic Peninsula, these cruises visit South Georgia and the Falkland Islands. Typically photographers have 3 full days of shooting at the Falklands, 6 days at South Georgia and 5 days in Antarctica.
