Do the 3D extensions in this video still exist in the engine? I tried to search for them in the cloud version, but I couldn’t find them.

Well with different floor heights, one can only assume that now Gdevelop goes on the list of things that can run DOOM

It would be cool if the sprite placement would spawn a 3D object in the game like NPCs and stuff. I could see this recent extension being used for making games like dont starve or cult of the lamb

Is there a place I can download the example project that Entropy made? I've been looking and I feel like it would be a pretty big help on understanding the ins and outs of the extension.

Why and how is the camera movement so smooth?

This is what I have been looking for. I think it’s time for me to start dev logging.

This is such an awesome community addition.
I'll have to play more with it, but I'm currently attempting to merge the functionality of the 3D platformer example with the movement of the Effects Test example (for the little block character) bundled with the Itchio package. Because if I can get a code functioning that allows a 2D sprite or first-person camera to move and jump with proper deceleration arcs, and if I can get some true verticality working in here, then I'll be very happy. I've been hoping another option would come along that works similarly to Ultimate Doom Builder, and this seems the closest so far.

The one quirk I do find funny is that the 3D Y-position of objects are positioned based on their centers. So if you want a box placed exactly on a plane surface, it must be above the plane by half the number of its height.
