Damn that war with Spain was painful. I've had a few like that.

Next moves I would make. Colonise a province towards California, then start eating them and towards the Alaskan Colonial nations. Those nations are down stream of your main trade node so they will actually be worth it. Then keeping eating Florida and Canada. Might lose another war or two to Spain until I can completely dominate North America. Then it is creating a good choke point in Panama/Columbia to allow the superior Shoshone military to kill the South American colonial nation's armies as they arrive. I would probably drop the Norwegian alliance sooner rather than later, they will block expansion to the South.

Interesting save file though. I guess the super developed provinces were basically for the institutions.

The main point of all these saved campaigns is: never give up, win the war goal game, and know when to peace out even losing some ground to the bad guys. Also, in your darkest hour, Zlewikk's got your back!
