Subnautica - How to make a Moonpool and find Blueprints

please help me i know this is an old video but whenever i click on anything includint the moonpool in the base pieses catogory it just closes the menue and dosnt pop up with anything

When I built the moon pool it's was bright at first time like in the video but these 2 days the room has been very dark idk how to fix it, the power is full, I placed many solar panels but the room is still dark and also scanner room, can anyone help me

why my poolmon dont appear with energy

These also recharge your vehicle while docked. Took me forever to find the blueprints for this in my first playthrough of the game!
