Regarding the new Crane2:

Simple is best.

And, so is being light-weight, high build quality, durability, etc.

When they start adding all kinds of unnecessary features, it just kills the product and company's integrity.

And also the reliability goes down with added parts and features (more parts = more problems down the line).

When you're shooting on a gimbal, you usually shoot at either MF infinity or use AF, and also stopped down Ap...so follow focus isn't really ideal nor desired.

Not to mention, follow focusing + trying to be steady while moving/walking are 2 different events that are very difficult to do at the same time..lol!

AF will have much better/reliable results, while using a gimbal and moving/walking around.

Tip for Zhiyun... keep it simple, small and light.

No one wants a complex smartphone or complex computer on their gimbal (we already have a complex camera to deal with!!!). We want something easy and fast to use...but high-quality and reliable.

We want to MINIMIZE complication to our camera system!!! Not make them worse!!! Lol

Also, clunky and outdated Manfrotto plates are for beginners. Please use Arca Swiss compatible plates/clamps. They are much nicer, compact, smoother, stronger, etc.

Would this work well for the Blackmagic Pocket camera?

I'm using the Sony A6500 and Sony 10-18mm lens. I find that I can't balance the tilt axis at first because the camera and lens combo is extremely light - I can't adjust it far enough forward to balance without it tilting back slightly.

so it looks like the vertical tilt and front/back axis is related to one
another. i was not able to do vertical tilt with canon m6. was anyone
able to do it?

first of all. Never use background music in a tutorial, but if you like it mus to about 15% volumen maximun. The item is more important that the speaker, so is not usable shot a video in wide angle. Speak slow for better understanding
