I have the question that it is related to: Are the bbc World Service podcasts harder than the listening skill of the Ielts exam or not, or are they the same in terms of level?!

99% of all talks of superfoods are either delusional or a scam.

Thank you for posting this. I have an autoimmune disease and I get so tired of being shamed because I eat gluten or sugar or meat. I've tried clean diets and feel worse. Pseudo science is right. Thank you for speaking about this sometimes destructive trend.
