I have a loaded 2019 CTSV with white tricoat and carbon fiber package. It was my dream car coming from a C7 Z06. Unfortunately my soon to be ex is taking it. Its too much of a loss... so Ill be picking up a new CT5V Blackwing to drown my sorrows. Excellent review

The interior is where this car fails miserably. Besides the carbon fiber seats...its embarrassing. All along the trim, and on the doors is classic gmc flimsy plastic. For 100k+ thats a hard sale compared to say a m5

Love the front… but that side view I think was a fail. Can’t do 80 grand on a car that when I pull up next to it at a light it takes me a few secs to tell if it’s a souped up civic or maxima.

In my honest humble opinion, it can be daily driven but shouldn't. I have a 2011 cts v and only drive it on Sunday as that's my only day off. 68k miles. Nowhere as nice as these newer ones but I am happy with it.

I have a GEN 2 2013 CTS V Black Diamond Edition and owned it for 9 years now. ZERO issues and a perfect car; Beautiful Inside and Outside. He must have just gotten in a later Version to say it's not any good. What disrespect... This car was the benchmark of it's era and still is as a Super Sedan. The CTS V series has won Several Championships against Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Audi R8 and the list goes on. Do your homework before throwing the CTS Vs away like they was nothing. The LSA Engine is the Alpha engine of all the LS engines. Glad you're gotten into the V series with this video. But, I can not finish the video with the early disrespect.

Actually you don't know what you are talking about when you speak on the ATS-V or CTS-V. Just say you are behind on catching up and leave it at that.

Is Cadillac making cars again?

The engine for sure is amazing but the cts last generation was much better in Quality. The ct5 got downgraded in category vs cts. Cadillac has put everything in cts as their expectation for Europe and Asia was high. Asia Sales were good but not Europe where they wanted to compete with European luxury car brands. While in Europe with 50 sales per month all cts were premium trimmed, Americas was not the case. Fun fact that’s why CT5 is something between ats and cts now. Prefer to have a premium cts with all options in instead of ct5 where you lose the luxury especially when you are in.
