How to Load Your Sample Library in Logic Pro X

If you dont find the untagged loop tag in logic pro like me, do this:
"The Untagged Loops tab appears in the Loop Browser only after you add at least one loop or folder containing untagged loops into the Loop Browser. "
Drag one to the loop browser and it will ask you to create the untagged loop tag

Did logic change this? The top of the loop section I have looks nothing like this. It only shows sound pack and that is it.

Hey huge up man! What would I do if I wanted to download a library of just one-shot samples so I can play them as midi? I'm trying to load everything into the sampler, but I'm running into problems because it automatically maps each sample into like 4 regions.

There is no folder called untagged loops for me. I also don't see the option in logic :\
