He seems to have enough time to check his guns multiple times while conversing with the courier.
ОтветитьMy first playthrough recently I killed follows chalk and didn’t realize I ruined the game until about 10 hours after I get to the map and my recent save is in the vault of the sierra madre over encumbered on gold haha just my luck
ОтветитьThat mormon stuff is very hard for me to stomach but i'll do my best to not spontaniously combust
ОтветитьI dont think Joshua Grrame changed at all. And instead it was the stories and legend that were wrong.
He said it himself that at first he was just a translater and as part of his beliefs was to spread the word of god as a latter day saint. Being a translater led to giving orders and that led to leading in battle. If you got 5 tribes all with different languages the person who cooridinated them would have to be present. And he would be known by all. He was in over his head before he knew it and probably tried to save lives by convincing people to join the legion instead of being slaughtered.
After Hoover Dam, Ceasar would have had to blame someone. And they probably didnt need a translater anymore.
If this game is any reference for the end of us, I guess I can only hope one lands on me.
ОтветитьRes is commonly used as slang for reservation on Native American reservations
ОтветитьJoshua Graham is the most based mormon to ever exist
Ответитьyour mods make hanlon look like the main character from rouge warrior
ОтветитьIts been 6 years
ОтветитьI need Joshua Graham to read me bedtime stories.
ОтветитьJust caught that Joshua references Ulysses when you are introduced to him.
ОтветитьI’m pretty sure we can all agree that in the next Fallout game… they should add Joshua Graham as an NPC.. maybe as companion.. like Boone or similar.
Also..
What was everyone’s favorite DLC for New Vegas?
Res mean’s reservations to us Native Americans
Ответить"I survived because the fire inside burned brighter then the fire around me" badass af!!!! And I didn't know where the qoute came from until this video and i love it!!
Ответить>Protects and gives his life for a group of polytheists
>Prefers not to hurt others, but knows that sometimes violence is necessary
>Gets things done himself, instead of turning to God for help
>Understanding of and fully respects nonbelievers
Some of the greatest Christian representation I've seen in a game. Better than some actual, real life Christians.
Ooof, couldn't make this DLC now...
ОтветитьJoshua Graham=Maximilian DeSoto
ОтветитьLove your vids, great work bringing us the lore of this great game
Ответить"The camp of the dead legs"
-Oxhorn
I know this is an old video but when I heard Ox say "Dead Legs" instead of "Dead Horses" it reminded me of when he went through the Ultra-lux and Ted Gunnderson kept saying "White Every clothing item other Glove"
ОтветитьI wonder what someone like Joshua Graham would think of Benny and Yes Man? Or even the NCR?
ОтветитьJoshua has one of the most intresting stories.
ОтветитьFor a guy whos been burned alive, its nice to see his vocal cords remained intact
ОтветитьOne big thing I like about this DLC is the addition of M1911 and the Thompson submachine gun as well as the unique weapon of the survivalist’s rifle.
Ответить"Lastly, waging war against good people is bad for the soul. This may not seem important to you now, but it's the most important thing I've said."
ОтветитьI remember the graphics being better
ОтветитьI actually fully explored Zion Valley. One of the Landmarks, Dagger point, has a body there, next to it is a duffle bag with a Vault 22 Jumpsuit. And in addition to that, east of Ghost Den, you can find a campsite with bodies and at least 3 Vault 22 Jumpsuits.
ОтветитьThis is probably widely known, but if you have the Wild Wasteland trait, before you enter Angel Cave, a Dead Horse called "Two Bears Highfiving" with run out, cheer, and run back in and disappear, it made me burst out laughing for a solid minute or 2
ОтветитьI just realized Hanlon is Kris Kristofferson
ОтветитьJoshua Graham is one of the most interesting characters ever in any media for me. A man who was the right hand for one of the most brutal and tyrannical figures in history who carried out orders without a second thought. Then when he was in own words, "baptized by fire", he found himself still alive and now lives to make up for his actions.
The fact that he dosen't deny or try to cover up his previous times with Caesar and accepts that what he did was truly evil. But also he turned back to the teachings of his childhood and found salvation in it.
And he dosen't try to force his beliefs on the player but simply explains his motivations and his background when asked or prompted. All the while expertly inspecting large caliber pistols and having a conversation at the same time. When he threatens you, he doesn't raise his voice or even stop what he's doing. He simply states that he will take revenge if harm comes to those he has sworn to protect.
Props to the voice actor for doing a phenomenal job as well. I could listen to him read cereal boxes and be entertained.
I wish they would have made this AWESOME animation not... That frequent. Kinda takes the awesomeness of him checking the guns. Two, maybe three times would've been enough.
Ответить“I was a dam builder, across a river deep and wide where steel and water did collide. A place called Boulder along the wild Colorado. I slipped and fell into the wet concrete below. They buried me in that gray tomb which holds no sound. But I am still around. I’ll always be around, and around, and around, and around…”
That song reminds me of Joshua Graham and a lot of characters in Fallout and everything they went through. And also the Courier and Ulysses.
“And when the yards broke off they said that I got killed but I am living still.”
“I fly a starship across the Universe Divide. And when I reach the other side I’ll find a place to rest my spirit if I can. Perhaps I’ll become a highwayman again. Or I may simply be a single drop of rain but I will remain. I’ll be back again, and again, and again…”
Hmmm the dead legs 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Ответить"Waging war against good people is bad for the soul. This may seem not important to you now, but it's the most important thing I've said."
